She founded SriArts to spread the joy of music and dance. SriArts hosts workshops, and concerts. Classes are conducted in person at Rockaway, Morris Plains, Kulture Kool, LLC, Rutherford, Vidya Mandir, Kearny and online for out-of-state students. She began learning Bharatanatyam under Smt Pushkala Gopal (MBE), and did her arangetram under legendary Gurus Kalaimamani K.J. Sarasa and Guru Padmini Ravi. She studied briefly under Kalaimamini Dr. Srekala Bharath. She continues her journey under Guru Padmini Ravi’s guidance and senior mridangist, Indian classical music audio expert Shri Dhamodharan Srinivasan. A certified k-12 teacher from RIE, NCERT, she brings years of experience as an Educator with belief in the development of the whole child.
Beyond dance and music, Tavia excels in Veena playing, painting, and is an avid reader. Her vibrant artistry has graced temples, charitable events, and multicultural gatherings, leaving lasting impressions. Known for her magnetic personality—forthrightness, warmth, and enthusiasm—she effortlessly connects with people. Her aspirations extend beyond the arts; she aims to pursue a career in Bio Med, inspired by her education at Englewood Academies. Tavia embodies a multifaceted artist and an aspiring professional, driven by passion and a pursuit of excellence across various domains.
He is also a teacher to many students across the world, many of whom have won several awards and are concert performers today.
In addition to being a performing artist, he is also a teacher of Mridangam. Some of his students are now performing artists on the Mridangam in their own right. Music is his hobby.
Her mastery over the veena allows her infinite freedom for creativity, adding imagination and depth to every new concert. Vasudha is also a renowned music composer and has provided music for various ballets and dramas.
In addition to veena and Carnatic classical vocal music, Vasudha is a great light music singer. She is a disciple of H.R. Leelavati, Director of the Sangeeta Nataka Academy of Karnataka.
Visveshwar is a disciple of his maternal grandfather, Singanallur Ramaraja. At the age of 14, Visveshwar was awarded the “Best Instrumentalist Prize” by The Madras Music Academy. He has also received several other titles and awards, including “Venu Gana Rathna”, “Venu Ilamamani”, “Vamshi Kaladhara”, and “Bala Kala Rathna”, in addition to being a recipient of an Indian government cultural scholarship. After completing his studies at Cornell University, Visveshwar currently works as a cloud product manager.
